Plain-English terms for using the DIGITALS website and commissioning custom artwork.

1. Introduction

These terms apply to your use of the DIGITALS website and to any custom artwork services commissioned through it. By using this website or starting a project with DIGITALS, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

DIGITALS provides custom digital artwork services including branding artwork, illustration, character art, 2D animation, 3D artwork, motion graphics, creator packs, social media artwork, business graphics, covers, posters, and custom requests.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All prices, package prices, and bundle calculator totals are estimates or starting points unless confirmed in writing. Final pricing depends on scope, style, deadline, complexity, usage rights, and revision needs.

4. Payments

Payment structure may vary by project. Standard 2D or static work may use staged payments such as 40 percent upfront, 40 percent after sketch approval, and 20 percent before final delivery. 3D or heavier work may use a different staged structure such as 50 percent upfront, 30 percent after an approval stage, and 20 percent before final delivery. Exact payment terms are confirmed before work starts.

5. Revisions

Included revisions depend on project scope. Standard revision guidance may include 3 sketch-phase revisions and 2 coloring-phase revisions. Extra revisions beyond the agreed scope may require an additional fee.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate project details, references, brand materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.

7. Delivery

Final files are delivered after final approval and remaining payment are complete. Delivery format depends on the project type and agreed scope.

8. Ownership and Usage

Usage rights depend on the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, DIGITALS may retain the right to display completed work in its portfolio. Commercial usage, source files, extended rights, or exclusive rights may require a separate agreement or fees.

9. Portfolio Use

DIGITALS may showcase completed work unless the client requests confidentiality before the project begins.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

Because custom artwork requires planning and creative labor, refunds depend on project stage and work already completed. Any cancellation terms should be confirmed before payment.

11. Prohibited Use

Clients may not use DIGITALS work for illegal, harmful, misleading, infringing, or unauthorized purposes.

12. Third-Party Platforms

DIGITALS may link to or communicate through platforms such as WhatsApp (+1 (412) 401-3801), Discord, Instagram, X, and email. These platforms have their own policies.

13. Limitation of Liability

DIGITALS is not responsible for indirect losses, platform issues, or misuse of delivered files after delivery.

14. Changes to Terms

DIGITALS may update these terms when needed. The latest version on the website applies.
