How it works
No account, no dashboard. A brief comes in, a person works on it, artwork goes out. Here's the short version, followed by the full breakdown — payment stages and revision policy included.
- 01
Share your idea
Send a brief, reference, sketch, or rough direction. As little or as much detail as you have.
- 02
We understand the style and use case
We confirm what the artwork needs to do, where it will be used, and what style fits.
- 03
We shape the direction
You see a proposed direction before full production starts.
- 04
Artwork is created
The piece is produced to the agreed direction and scope.
- 05
Final files are prepared
Delivered in the formats you need, ready to use.
- 06
Revisions are handled based on scope
Included rounds are used to refine the piece, not start over.
Process
How we work in detail
Our workflow is designed to keep things clear for both sides. You always know what comes first, when feedback is needed, how payments are split, and when the final files are delivered. That structure helps the project stay smooth without confusion.
Discussion and Idea
We begin by discussing your concept. If you already have a strong idea, that becomes the first priority. If you do not, we help you develop one based on your favorite character, theme, niche, or visual clue.
Payment Stage for 2D and Static Work
For most standard art projects, we start with 40 percent upfront before sketching. Once the sketch is approved, we collect another 40 percent. After coloring and shading preview approval, the remaining 20 percent is paid before final delivery.
Sketch and Approval
We build the sketch first so the foundation is correct before detail work begins. This stage is where direction, pose, composition, and overall style are locked in.
Revision Policy
We provide 3 free revisions during the sketch phase and 2 free revisions during the coloring phase. If additional revisions are requested beyond that, an extra 10 percent fee is applied.
3D Project Payment Flow
For 3D work, the structure is different because the production process is heavier. We take 50 percent upfront, then provide revision and approval stages. After approval, 30 percent is collected, and the final 20 percent is paid after the coloring and shading stage is approved.
Final Delivery
Once the final approval and remaining payment are complete, we deliver the finished files. The goal is to make sure you receive polished artwork that is ready to use on the right platform without last minute confusion.
